Here is why…
I’ve been injured since the end of the open, so that’s the 7th of April. My training went down hill and when something goes downhill in my life, it’s like dominos, everything starts tilting and eventually end up going downhill at the same time.
I couldn’t train properly, work wise trying to start a company in a new city was challenging and my eating was all over the place. Here is the thing, I say all over the place but in some people’s terms I was still eating healthy. I love cheese cake and chocolate and toffee. Those have Been vices! My diet has been unbalanced.
That’s why I have decided to do almost paleo but in zone blocks and to do the food dairy. It’s for me to keep track and stay disciplined. I will be slightly mortified if I had to load cheese cake on there. I will have the odd paleo treat to keep me sane, after all I am human. I will also share whatever yummy recipes I come across.
